Christine is also a member in good standing with the Pilates Association of Canada.

Since completing her teacher training for mat work and reformer work, Christine has completed specialty courses for:

* Pilates & Pregnancy (pre & post natal)

* Large & Small Physio (stability) Balls

* Pilates for Golf

* Smart Spine Conditioning

Continuing her education she has completed workshops with Master Instructors Rachel Segel (Boulder, Co), Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence (Long Beach, Ca) and Amy Alpers (Boulder, Co).  She has also taken workshops with movement specialist Thomas Myers and is a Pilates for Golf conditioning specialist after receiving certification from Sarah Christensen .

Since moving back to B.C. in March 2003, Christine was teaching out of two very well-respected studios in Vancouver. Returning to her home town of Kamloops in January 2006, she has opened her own Pilates studio providing private, semi-private and small group sessions on both the mat and reformer.

Her small class sizes allow great attention to detail enabling clients to work on raising body awareness in a relaxed atmosphere.  Her goal is to teach clients to bring Pilates into their day to day routine working on building strength from the inside out.
